Refunds are processed within 5-10 business days of approval. The refund will be credited to your original payment method. Please note that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately at support@idrotherapy.com. We will arrange for a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.
If you wish to cancel your order before it ships, please contact us as soon as possible. Orders that have not yet shipped can be cancelled for a full refund. Once an order has shipped, it will be subject to our standard return policy.
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different product, please return your original purchase for a refund and place a new order.
